PER is a grassroots campaign and advocacy
organization backed by educators, facilators and counselors who are committed to
ReBuild the lives of crime victims. Founded by educators and counselors while teaching together in a
Texas Youth Correctional Facility.
PER members are a powerful force in the crime victims lives. Educators,
facilators
and counselors work to achieve empowering retreats for crime victims in
their local communities. They provide guidance through the PER
Curriculum and create a clear understanding of what it means to serve
